there's a guy in front of me who is eating and smoking at the same time... as far as multi tasking goes, this pretty much trumps it. smoking... it's something that I'll probably never understand. but somehow, perhaps it's the generation that I've grown up in, I look at it from a neutral point of view. it's funny sometimes, when mum would talk about someone, going on about how nice he or she is or how good they are at their work, then ending it with "..but he smokes". My response would always be, "so? yes it's bad for his health, but it doesn't change the person that he is". I'm just glad that smoking is not perceived as "cool" anymore, like it was in the 70s or 80s. because it isn't that cool, really.
on the bus home now, heaps to be done in the next six hours before jasmine comes for her lesson... including learning the piece that she'd like to start on. I know, I'm just so organised. ;)
